Follow the money, follow the money. Here a couple of EPA lawyers explain the lie. They even propose an alternative ... but when you look hard at it, it's is not really clear whether it is much better. Watch it soon, I expect it is only a matter of time before the EPA demands this video come down.
But one thing is for sure, what the politicians have done with "Cap n' Trade" is a fraud on the American people. A lot of folks will make billions from it and the American citizen will be the bill payer.

I'm guessing a majority of informed citizens know exactly what "cap and trade" means, and how is it a "code word" for tax the crap out of energy sources with which you disagree... unfortunately there are many ignorant citizens that don't understand this. I'm hoping that they're the ones that will stay home and watch American Idol instead of voting. It seems sad that we must rely on citizen ignorance and lack of participation to keep our Republic. If that doesn't work then we're in for a big fight.
